Main Duties:
1. Report directly to the SD or her appointed representative.
2. In charge of all Traditional Trade and Modern Trade outlets (Supermarkets & Cash/carry), support in Sandwich stalls promotion, Wet Market Promotion and Event/Fair execution.
3. Propose promotion to cooperate with Supermarket (join Coopmart mail, Big C Brochure ….) to increase sales, strengthen distribution network and extend display area.
4. Managing, monitoring, sales planning and promotion for selected traditional trade customers to increase sales, strengthen distribution network and ensure efficiency
5. Managing, Supervising, motivating, monitoring and provided training for Sales supervisors to increase sales and ensure efficiency working performance.
6. Assist the SD or her appointed representative for customer visiting :
a. Plan & make appointment in advance for all customers to be visited.
b. Also act as an interpreter for Sales Director or his appointed representative.
7. Make Customer contact and market survey.
a. Regularly maintain contact with the existing customer and update their status.
b. Always seek for new potential customers.
8. Distribution supporting role
a. To coordinate with the dealer in charge of Modern trade in the distribution of products to each and every Modern trade outlets.
b.To coordinate with assigned dealers in the distribution of products to traditional trade outlets
9. Promotion Plan.
a. Prepare weekly, forth-nightly or monthly sales & marketing programs i.e. sampling, PWP promotion and other display related events i.e. contest, lucky draws and events management.
b. Follow up, evaluate the outcome of each promotion & Report to the management.
10. Wet Market Sampling
a. Review & supervise the wet market demonstration planning/ budget control.
b. Regular evaluate the program at site and make suggestion.
c. Control & evaluate the wet market sampling staffs, make plan to maximize resource utilization
11. Exhibition Support & Execution (HCMC)
a. Review the exhibition arrangement and propose the promotion program during the fair.
b. Support the selling activities in the fair.
c. Control & evaluate the outcome of the fair and report to the
d. Management.
12. Allocating areas to sales team, setting monthly sales target, monitoring team performance
Setting monthly, quarterly sales target for Dealer
13. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
14. Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
15. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
16. Visit Buyers, dealers, stockists to stimulate interest in establishment or expansion of business .
17. Especial to build up a channel to sell our product in Industrial Zone
18. Other jobs as assigned
Job Specifications
1. Bachelor Degree in related field
2. 30-40 years of age
3. 5-7 years experience for the consumer products.
4. Able to use personal computer
5. Good in English speaking and writing skills.
6. Healthy
7. Perform work with precaution and accurate
