Regional Sales Manager (North

1. Nature and scope of main accountabilities:
- Compliance with company principles and internal legal laws and to defend company interests. Nevertheless as a requirements of the business ethics: to defend the confidentiality of company’s as well as the patients secrets, business plans, ideas and stragegies againts third parties.
- Ensuring regional sales performance
- Developing and ensuring execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within national sales strategy.
- Analysing and using regional market data.
- Identifying regional/national business opportunities.
- Ensuring accurate, up-to-date, relevant and high quality reporting of field visits.
- Managing and motivating direct reports in sales team.
- Developing team members – e.g, through company way of coaching.
- Controlling sales representative’s budgets.
- Timely recruitment of new team in accordance with company processes
- Ensuring effective performance management.
- Managing team adminitration and ensuring effective, timely utillisation of expenses, outlook, ISOtrain, contracts, monthly report etc.
- Working in accordance with business ethics procedureres.
- Working in accordance with local law, company way and company policies, quality standards and guidelines.
- 2-4 weeks of the year can be required to performed national/internationally.
2. Requirements:
- doctor or Pharmacist background
- RSM or NSM candidate experience is OK
- ETC experience is required
- Strong leadership with strategic thinking
