Job Description and requirements – HCC Lead
 
Reporting to Healthcare Compliance Director
 
Key accountabilities:
 
·         Involve in development and execute processes to effectively drive HCC compliance and improvements in line with changing business needs and the regulatory environment
·         Lead implementation of the Health Care Business Integrity Guide (FCPA)
·         Drive due diligence process for distributor and other third party management
·         Interface with all relevant parties including senior management and HCPs regarding HCC requirements and interpretations
·         Responsible for HCC education and training programs for all staff and relevant third parties
·         Implements an appropriate annual certification process for all employees
·         Responsible for managing HCC self monitoring, testing, self-assessment and risk assessment processes
·         Work with other HCC contacts on cross border events and issues
·         Conduct appropriate investigations together with Legal, Internal Audit and HR for any reports of potential misconduct on HCC matters
·         Implement and maintain quarterly reporting metrics to management on Healthcare Compliance
 
Scope:-
·         HCC, FCPA and general compliance matters
·         Cross sector (Medical, Pharmaceutical, Consumer)

·         Compliance and regulation
·         Devising and implementing SOPs
·         Testing and monitoring

·         Excels at developing and maintaining effective partnerships and working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of organisation based on an understanding of their concerns, needs and motivations.

·         Strong understanding of documentation requirements
·         Ability to make and stand by difficult decisions 
·         Good interpersonal skills

·         Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills
·         Computer literate
·         Fluent in English (reading, writing, verbal) – additional language skills advantageous
 
Qualification & experience
·         Bachelor Degree or equivalent in areas of Laws, Finance, Medicine or Pharmacy, etc..
·         5 or more year experience in Healthcare industry. Prior experiences in audit finance compliance or medical affairs or regulatory affairs in healthcare industry will be an advantage.
