Technical Services Engineer

Support the Sales & Marketing activities and serve as a point of reference in the technical knowledge and application of the products for Customers and End users.
You will report to Technical Services Manager. He is based in Singapore.
You will be based on Ho Chi Minh.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :
Be a Technical Resource Internally / Externally on One Product Line:
Application & product recommendations
After sales service (troubleshooting) for product processing and end user functionality
Competitive product performance understanding /benchmarking
Develop information for data sheets and other technical marketing collateral
Engage with converters and end users as directed by marketing /sales personnel
Direct technician on application based testing support, direct /Train AC’s
Product Development / Scale Up Support
Define market needs and translate into technical CTQ’s
Support new product development scale up’s / ECR’s / Prototyping
Provide field trial support / ensure products meet customer requirements
Compliance
Understanding compliance requirements and own response
Understanding OEM specifications, define CTQ’s for products to comply
