Business strategy
· Preparing the strategy and business plans;
· Developing, supervising and proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of business plans
· Preparing and presenting business opportunities, working closely with various divisions
· Supervising the implementation and follow up on POA aligning with business plans
· Being accountable for collaboration with key accounts, product managers and medical advisors, securing strategy implementation as outlined in the product strategies (drug information related activities for HCPs) and operational plans for our key products
· Developing in-depth understanding of the region market environment and customers; communicating customer insights to internal stakeholders and supports development of new business strategies; identifying top business opportunities or gaps through analysis of available reports
· Providing expert insight into the local healthcare systems and their impact on Key Accounts;
· Monitoring required results for account plan; working effectively with colleagues in other functions.
Team Management
· Building and fostering a team culture that values and recognizes a customer focused environment
· Leading a high-performing team of Regional Managers, District Managers and Medical Representatives; hires, trains and develops according to company standards
· Managing and optimizing allocation of resources to deliver required customer service
· Monitoring and reviewing key performance management parameters: District and Regional level activity reports, Call coverage and productivity.
· Accountable for on-going recruitment and hiring of staff within their geography
· Will be assigned to other project as and when required.
