JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Staff/Senior Staff Department: Human Resources

Main Responsibilities:
- To be in charge of the Compensation and Benefits payment (Payroll, Insurance), Recruitment and Human Resources activities.
Job Summary:
1. Payroll
- To be in-charge of timekeeping and payroll for related Department;
- To monitor Annual leave and overtime situation of related Department;
- To pay other benefits for employees;
- To calculate, check and pay monthly salary for the employees.
2. Insurance
- To pay the Social insurance benefits for the employees;
- To issue and re-issue the Health insurance cards for the employees;
- To support the employees in the medical examination and treatment;
- Receive, monitor & check insurance book of new employees;
- To make declarations for new employees;
- To adjust employees’ personal information of insurance;
- Unemployment monthly report to Insurance Dept.;
- Guide for Unemployment registration, to return social Insurance book;
- To guide the procedure of the accident compensation for the the employees;
- To support the employees in payment for the accident benefit;
3. Recruitment
- To be in charge of all recruitment activities for related to Department;
- Builds and manage candidate sources by researching and contacting universities, employment agencies, recruiters, internet sites,..;
- To work with related department to implement the recruitment activities and orientation training for new employees;
- Entrance health check for new employees.
4. Outsourcing management
- Control and monitor activities and payment for Outsourcing Company.
5. Others: Carry out jobs on superior assignment.


Requirements:
1. Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related major.
2. Job requirements:
- Good command for both written and spoken in English;
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Good knowledge in Labor Law, Insurance Law, Human resource field;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Able to work independently;
- Good communication Skill…
3. Years of Experience:
- At least 1 year experience in Human Resource field.
4. Age:
- Male/Female from 24 to 30 years old.
