I/Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct the “Connect Farmer” program to provide farmers with information on cultivation method, fertilizer and field test: Collect information upon the reality or accumulated experience then advise farmers on the cultivation method, fertilizer, pesticide to develop the trees.
- Study the special effects of fertilizer on crops;
- Carry out activities of research and development agricultural products;
- Conduct field test and demonstration of fertilizer on crops.
- Compile the standard procedure and organize the sharing sessions, seminars to consult on the cultivation method, fertilizer usage to prevents the harmful factors to farmers;
- To carry out other jobs as assigned by the Department.
II/Relationships:
1. Internal:
- Daily report directly to Supervisor/SectionManager.
2. External:
- Related Departments/ Customers.
III/Working Conditionals:
- Office hours from Monday to Friday;
- Working time: 07:30 – 16:00;
IV/Requirements:
1. Background:
- Bachelor Degree – major in Agriculture / Agronomy / Cultivation Techniques or related major.
2. Job requirements:
- Good command for both written and spoken in English;
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Knowledge or experience in Agriculture;
- Analytical and/or problem solving skills / capability
- Organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently
3. Years of Experience:
- None of requirement.
4. Age:
- Male from 22 to 32 years old.
5. Quantity:
