Fix Asset Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure fix asset is registered and depreciated timely and accurately.
Ensure correct payment and record to cost center accurately and timely (Account, Section, expenses).
Monthly calculation and check depreciation beforeposting to system.
Spare part control (in, out, physical count, provision).
Prepare depreciation for budget, forecast, compare investment between budget and actual.
Monthly reports related to fix asset.
Other job assigned by superiors.

Office hours from Mo:nday to Friday.

Background
Bachelor’s Degree in Financial & Accounting/ Economic/ Business Administration
Skills:
Excellent command for both written and spoken in English.
Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access), SAP - ERP systems is advantage.
Good knowledge in Tax field, IFRS.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good negotiation and communication / influencing skills
Well-organized, hard-working
Able to work independently and exercise good judgment, being initiative…
