MEDICAL GOVERNANCE & OPERATIONS MANAGER (Ha Noi/Ho Chi Minh)
Responsibilities:
This position has the overall responsibility for efficient operation and governance of medical activities in Vietnam by instilling excellence in training, establishment and implementation of appropriate quality documents to ensure compliance with local/global policies and procedures. The position is also responsible to implement and maintain agreed strategies between Medical and BUs to achieve local divisions’ goal in Phase IV, Patient Support Programs; Issue Management programs; operational systems.
The position supports Country Medical Director in people development and performance measurement activities within VN Medical team.
Be deputy of Pharmacovigilance Country Head for VN
Requirements:
Have medical/pharmacy education background or equivalent. 3 or more years of pharmaceutical experience in Medical Affairs or related fields. Effective written and verbal communication, good knowledge of oral and written English. Have capability to solve the problem internally and externally that need a practical judgment. Be flexible when encounter difficulties at work. Have a good communication and presentation skill. High competency in making plan and result delivery in time manner. Experience driving cross functional projects.
