1) Merchandising:
· Building a merchandising strategy for the whole company's brands in Viet Nam
· Operational implementation (conception, production of merchandising materials)
· Field setting up and maintenance
· Contract negotiation & management of the Point of Sales (POS) and providers
· KPIs & results assessment
2) Trade Marketing:
· Define a trade marketing strategy
· Operational implementation (design operation program & events, tools production, special trade condition, a dvertising)
· Field setting up (activation, booth, PG for event )
· Contract negotiation & management of the POS and providers
· KPIs & results assessment
3) Training POS: Training for BA & Staff of POS:
· Product training on the POS
· Training meetings
· Corporate training, Scientific training & Soft skills training
· Training & remaining tools development
Job requirement:
· Bac +5 economic / commerce
· 3 years or above FMCG premium working experiences in Trade Marketing/ Channel Marketing function, with solid understanding of Modern Trade & Traditional Trade
· Experience in training and commercial is a plus
· Merchandising tool development expertise is preferred.
· Experience in cosmetic is a plus
· Willing for field works
· Deadlines & result oriented
· Consumer & service oriented.
