1. The basic and the most important step is to identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries
2. To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements
3. Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities
4. Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations
5. Search for possibilities to reduce taxes
6. To constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to President
7. Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports
8. Managing the European market , Japan Market , Asian Market
9. Can be Vietnamese or foreigner
Minimum Qualifications Required: (Education /Experience)
Can be Vietnamese or foreigner
Degree in Import & Export, (International) Business, Finance or any other related field
At best, practical experience in a similar position related to FMCG Food industry
Fluent in English communication if in charge of the European market
Good in Japanese communication if in charge of the Japan market
Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies
Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation
