Senior Product Manager/Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operational leading of activities in relation to Marketing for ETC channel and health product’s portfolio for Hepatobiliary and Gastrointestinal.
- Identification and development of KOLs
- Monitoring and caring for accomplishment of planned activities
- Preparation of sales plan sales targeting (hospitals/clinics/specialists) for the team and action plans for marketing activities.
- Monitoring and division of marketing budget of the professional associates;
- Constant improvement and continuous innovation in the everyday job activities with the aim to improve individual and company’s performances.
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
- Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Being a Pharmacist, Doctor is must.
- At last 3-5 years of work experience as a Product Management of Gastroenterology, Hepatic.
- Especially professional at ETC fields.
- Generic and innovative, strategy planning, Product development skills.
- Budget Management skills.
- Proficient in English (oral & writing) , presentation skills, MS Office.
- Formulation of initiatives, and a systematic and practical approach to the fulfillment of tasks;
- Active management of interpersonal conflict situations and events;
- Guidance, encouragement and motivation of employees;
