Job Title: Market Intelligence Executive
GJFA Band
Department: Market Intelligence
Reports to (Function): Market Intelligence Manager
Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the job)
To execute the overall operational process of market intelligence management for designated account base for a specific market channel.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )
• Search, consolidate local market information (including competitors’ performance, products, market share) and analyze them in order to provide the market insights to Manager
• Managing product profile documents application
oEnsure that the documents are as per the defined regulatory
o All document must be in standard format
o Regularly update the profile document as per the changing guidelines
• Application submission
o Coordinate with field force to check application requirement from each hospital
o Create the dossier based on the requirements defined
o Confirm on application submission (including documents,...) to distributor
• Coordinate with distributor for application submission
o Regular follow up on submission process of the application and monitor the timelines of the process
o Recheck and confirm with distributor to ensure accuracy of documents in the dossier
o Coordinate with distributor to resolve issues (if any) which arises in the submission process
• Application Timeline / report
o Maintain and update the tool to monitor application timeline nationwide
o Generates periodically application reports for the management inputs
o Provide basic PPT report and presentation for application related meetings as assigned by manager.
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager.

Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)
Education: University graduated
Languages : Fluent in Vietnamese and English
Tool Required: Excel and Power Point
Skills Required : Analytical skills/Evaluate/Able to compare and comment internal data vs market
Have a relationship with SoH and Health Insurance is a advance
Experience: >2 years of experience at Tender Admin/Analyst position
