JOB TITTLE: PRODUCT MANAGER                                                    Department: Acute

 

Summary:
To develop, implement and be accountable for strategic marketing and operational plans for Acute portfolio to achieve overall profit, revenue and market share objectives.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
➢ Assist/participate BUM by preparing and developing marketing objectives, strategies, marketing program and ensure their execution.
• Support BUM to evaluate the practicality and potential of new products and market development, including new product launch
• Support to conduct market survey/ research
• Provide support to BUM in implementation of the product strategies in coordination with field force team (KAM/ Senior PS…)
• Develop KOL force via scientific approach
• Manage product regulatory affair and supply chain to support for tender and private segments.
• Actively assist BUM in arranging symposiums, seminars and exhibitions
• Analyse and report market intelligence in a correct and timely manner
➢ Analyse and define customers and market requirements and trends.
• Develop, deploy and update product training and competitor information to field force team and distributors.
• Provide promotional support to field team to achieve their performance targets
• Interacts as a field expert with other functional areas in the company to develop a thorough exchange of planning information between our customers/ distributors and these business areas
➢ Closely monitor budgets and expenditure
• Strictly control promotion budget, right allocation to key drivers of product to maximize product performance.
• Ensure all activities comply with company business code of conduct, relevant local legal demands, and ethical standards
➢ Assist BUM with technical and clinical support
• Prepare and organize regular product and application training to customers
• Coordinate with customers to provide assistance in usage of Gambro Acute Care products
• Install proper usage of products through education on protocols and treatment guidelines.
• Support to upgrade machine and technical information according to business’s requirement.
• Responsibility for reporting any complaint and side effect

1. Business Results
Support to achieve or exceed territory budget revenue in line with marketing plans. Complete PMO’s and reviews.
2. Marketing program
Working with BUM to make marketing plan and support the company field force team and local distributor team execute marketing plan with 100% compliance
3.Ongoing Professional Development (including Acute Fitness)
Actively participate and successfully complete (captured in ISOTrain) corporate training programs.
4. Education program
Supporting and training for the company field force team and local distributor team the knowledge of products and therapy as their field working requirement.
5. Application education program
Supporting and training application knowledge for customers in some territories as requirement.
6. Compliance with internal the company SOP’s and compliance regulations
100% compliance.
 
Qualifications
• Strategic and positive thinking
• Leadership skill
• Willingness to develop new Marketing Skills including: market knowledge and understanding, planning and analysis, competitive environments and customer needs;
• Good business acumen with ability to make decisions, define strategies and ensure effective execution;
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Strong in building relationships with customers & Key Opinion Leaders;
• Be familiar or experienced in specialty disease management;
• Passionate, energetic, self-motivated and oriented results;
• Good English skills.
 
Education and/or Experience
• Medical Doctor/Pharmacist Degree
