TITLE: FINANCE & ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Working location: Long Khanh Industrial Park, Dong Nai

Reporting to: International Division Manager (Bangkok)

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

• Own the financial accounting, reporting and analysis in compliance with GAAP and
VAS
• Assist Accounting Division Manager to design an effective accounting operation
process
• Oversee business processes from a financial point of view
• Establish and enforce internal control
• Be key contact point in interaction with HQ Finance & Accounting
• Liaising and cooperating with external auditor
• Assist HQ in developing tax strategies and be responsible for interactions with
government authorities
• Partner with the IT Group in developing new finance initiatives to enhance controls
and efficiencies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Vietnamese with Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting. CPA a plus
• 8+ years relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese statutory legislations and regulations
• Proven track record of team management with positive attitude and convincing
style
• Good computing, spreadsheet and document processing skills
• Good communication and presentation skills in English

COMPENSATION:
