Purpose of Position
• Provide leadership direction to ensure compliance with all applicable Client requirements, regional guidelines and government regulations involving product quality and product label.
• Provides leadership, mentoring, evaluation and development to all team members at all levels to achieve the individual goals from that order to get the common quality goals
• To be responsible for execution of the company Quality Management system in relation of Document Management practices, Quality training program (eg Quality Awareness, CSC, Internal/ External Audit and supplier qualification/Approval, product recall management, customer complaint management on product quality
• Develop or modify quality control procedures, metrics and processes to achieve quality goals on time
• Establish the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions, templates for each functions/ process/ position to make sure that all activities of quality control section are performed effectively and in compliance with Metro health quality’s guidelines, regulations of Animal Health
• Provides coordination, communication with Client and, third parties/subcontractors and other internal departments to ensure the products are checked, redressed and released for sales on time.
Responsibilities
A. Quality Standards and Policy
Be responsible for the quality system in complying with Quality standards and policies as required by Clients, Government agencies, international certificate body and other applicable entities
Co-ordinate and provide instructions concerned department as well as QA at site level for the implementation of the company quality standards and policies.
Contribute actively to the improvement of the company Quality system
B. Quality System and Procedures
Co-ordinate the product recall processes requested by the Client or Animal health department
Ensure that all current approved procedures are in Operations and at the designated area.
Manage change control and evaluation for all sits of Metro Health
Management of controlled documents
C. Quality Audits
Coordinate with internal department to prepare for CSC documents for submission to Animal health department (Cuc Thu Y)
Coordinate with internal department for External audit teams and follow up on actions/findings/issues as required
Monitor CAPA results promptly
D. Customer Complaint Management for Quality related
Manage Client complaint in relation to Quality, together with resources to ensure timely response to the quality complaints, adverse Event reporting to Clients in timely manner
Initial necessary investigation if required to find root cause of Customer/Client quality relations complaints and work with related department to develop appropriate CAPA for further improvements
Monitor the complaint turn around time to ensure related KPIs achieve
E. Other Quality Management Responsibility

Essential Requirement
§ University background, veterinary
§ Experienced in procedures of QA and labeling process
§ Communication skills
§ Supervisory skills
§ Good analytical skills
§ Good in managing performance and relationships
§ Good computer skills
§ Good command in English, in oral and written
§ Knowledge in GSDP, GMP and ISO
§ Knowledge of Animal health law related to QA and Relabeling
§ Can do attitude
