Commercial QIP Manager JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Summary:

Be responsible for deployment and development the biggest Nutrition program on ETC channel national wide under the company's strategy and MOH strategy to develop nutrition knowledge and skill for HCPs in treament

- Reporting directly to: Access & Planning Manager

- High frequency of interaction: Marketing, Ethical Field Force, Medical Affairs team & External KOLs.

- Working location: District 1, HCM city.

Core job responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:

· 1. Strategic plan :

· Input to MKT for development Plan

· Develop the QIP implementation plan

· Develop other relevant access plans as per biz requirement

· 2. Implementation:

· Work closely with KAM & FF team to implement QIP to achieve KPIs

· Tracking the implementation and continuously review and updated the plan to overcome challenges and capture new opportunities

· 3. KOLs management:

· Work with KAM, Medical, FF team to identify KOLs for QIP & develop the engagement plan

· Regularly visit top KOLs & implement the KOLs engagement plan in related to QIP & other programs (if need)

· 4. Communication

· Effective communicate the implementation plan to FF / KAM & relevant departments

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Work Experience:

At least 2 years track record as Product Manager in Pharma Marketing

Core Skill Requirement:

- Proven capabilities in Healthcare Industry access and operation

- Proven capabilities in KOLs understanding & influencing

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

· Medical/Pharma University Education
