Description

  • Assist/participate team by providing information to develop marketing objectives, strategies and business & execution plan.
  • To develop, launch, implement and access promotional and marketing programs in collaboration with clinical in order to achieve the company’s objectives
  • To coordinate with clinical team to develop & implement clinical program to improve clinical outcome that is in accordance with the strategies and approved business plan.
  • Ensure high levels of customer (doctors and nurses) satisfaction through the effective management of territories and through strategic contact with key customers, management boards of target hospitals.
  • Actively assist in arranging symposiums, seminars and exhibitions
  • Actively acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize, analyse the information to improve marketing efforts.
  • Support to conduct market survey/ research
  • Apply therapy and/or product knowledge to differentiate products against the competitors and address questions on products or therapies and/or provide technical and administrative product demonstrations.
  • Monitor results against forecasts and participate in the determination of market potential for the territory.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities to secure market.                                  
  • May provide feedback to immediate supervisor and marketing personnel for the development of marketing policy, recommended product and product line revisions as well as pricing changes or recommend financially sound proposals /tenders & reach a win-win agreement.
  • Support to develop & implement new product launch
  • Comply with company policies, internal controls and business practices and Rep Office policies.
  • Prepare monthly report in compliance with the company’s requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Pharmacist or Medical Doctor
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of healthcare sales experience, with at least 2 years of experience of managing large hospital accounts and tender management.
  • Alternatively, experience should encompass managing a territory/region independently
  • Good leadership in influencing decision and outcome.
  • Good track record in promoting pharmaceutical products at least 2-3 years.
  • Tender management experience is an advantage
  • The nature of the responsibilities of the position will require working on a weekend for business activities such as Symposiums, Conferences, Events, Training etc
  • A self-starter, driven and able to work in a quick pace environment.
  • A good communicator, able to communicate at all levels.
  • A good team player.
  • Well plan and organization.
  • Capable in English.
