•  POSITION:Chief Accountant – Vietnam (AC-194-09-AL)
• LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City
• REPORTING TO: International Accounting Manager in Bangkok
• THE COMPANY: Listed engineering company in renewable energy
• PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

 Check and sign all vouchers and record, review and process all transactions in systems.

 Prepare and issue accurate and timely financial reporting, submitting to local government and head quarter including but not limited to monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements

 Declare, record, reconcile, pay and file taxes and other obligations to the government as per local laws

 Prepare and update budget report according to head quarter policy and procedure

 Maintain good filing for all documents in both soft and hard copies

 Assist in internal control to complete all required external and internal audits

 Liaison with external auditor (Big 4), advisory and / or legal firm, tax authorities and other government authorities

 Implement and support all activities according to the head quarter policies for improving working efficiency and effectiveness

 Other jobs are assigned

• THE CANDIDATE:

 Vietnam nationality with Bachelor degree in Accounting or Banking & Finance and CA certificate

 Minimum 5 years experience in accounting including month end closing

 Strong analytical skill

 Good planning / organizing and leadership skills

 Customer service oriented

 Good communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English
