Job description
This position will be responsible for directing quality control department to ensure continuous control over material and product quality, reporting all quality problems and giving out preventive action.
Primary Accountabilit :
Supervises and coordinates activities of operators engaged in inspecting incoming materials, ensure that quality meet requirements.
Repeats inspection procedure until product meets quality standards and specifications are attained.
Encourage creation, develop ability to control process, ensure the prevention of issue during process.
Responsible for training and professional development of QC Staff.
Analysis root cause and corrective action for improvement quality.
Co-ordinates and maintains a method of ensuring compliance with quality, procedures and policies.
General requirements:
University graduated in chemistry or polymer or relevant fields.
Must have minimum 3 years supervisory experience in quality or manufacturing in flexible packaging experience.
Must have understanding and knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000, HAP Codex
Organizational skills are essential.
Experience with Microsoft Office computer.
Ability in supervision skills, team work.
Ability to communicate in English.
