Job description
Propose strategies, objectives and marketing plan for the assigned brands and product basket
Propose and manage innovation and product development.
Be responsible the marketing mix 6Ps for local products.
Create and execute promotional campaigns in various touch points: direct field sales,seminars, digital marketing…
Implement OTIF execution that help the customer and maximize growth through following activities: target setting, agency briefing, creative work evaluation, judge the media plan, creative work and activation plan according to brand guideline and local insights.
Develop product training to direct field sales with sales trainer: product knowledge,selling skills.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness with clear KPI (sales, penetration, usage) and hand-on follow up the execution.
Optimize and strictly control all marketing expenditures, right allocation to key activity/product within the marketing budget.
Set up clear promotional guidelines
Other tasks assigned.
General requirement
University graduate in Business Administration or Marketing
Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing
Good understanding of Foodservice/catering business
Initiative/innovative/flexibility and passion to growth
Good analytical thinking, logical thinking, business mindset
Good project management, influencing skills
Hard working, fast learner
English skills: good at both speaking and writing
