Job description
Maintain local quality systems.
Conduct internal quality audit to ensure the requirement of ISO9001:2008 are adhered throughout the organization.
Prepare Site IQA Plan, follow up CPA of IQA findings and analyze site IQA result.
Prepare for Site Certification or Periodic and customer audit.
Conduct process and hot-spot audit
Plan and coordinate on Y-score exercise.
Review and follow-up on all improvement action plan, CAPA etc.
Conduct Quality Training program as established by Corporate.
Initiate and conduct Site Quality Management Review Meeting.
Manage and work together with process owner on response to customer compliant.
Initiate corrective and preventive action for non conformance and customer complaints.
Maintain Internal Customer Complaint Log and follow up on CAPA of Customer Complaint and analyze of the CAPA result for customer complaint.
Prepare Site QAR report and submit to Corporate QA.
Perform other tasks or projects as instructed by the superior.
General requirements
University graduated in pharmaceutical.
Organizational skills are essential.
Experience with Microsoft Office computer.
Ability in supervision skills, team work.
Ability to communicate in English.
