Job description
Key duties:
Match himself company’s target
Manage the Sales organization in all the offices in Vietnam
Develop New Customers and business opportunities
Other projects and roles as required by General Manager of country
Key measurements:
Ensure Vietnam meets sales target
Build strong carrier relationships for key regions and business with carriers
Joint Sales calls with Sales team at least 2 per week
Bring in new customers in Vietnam
Weekly Sales review with team on win/lost accounts in previous week
Weekly/ Monthly feedback of market trend to GM and Regional office.
General requirement
University graduation
English literacy required
5 years in Freight Forwarding Sales
Able to work under pressure
Strong communication, negotiation and selling skills
