Job description
Plan-o-grams development and management
New Product merchandise/share/space deliveries.
Ensure high space performance in the in-charge account.
On time update business on the Planogram status at store.
Lead to drive the perfect store Planogram in MT.
Ensure approved Plan-o-grams align with Company/Cat strategy.
Be a key partner to sell Spaceman/Cat man/ Cat review to Customer
Contribute to the joint Customer business plan for his/her respective categories through his project feedback on analysis.
Weekly store visit to ensure Planogram execution and highlight to business the risk.
Ensure smooth execution of approved Plan-o-grams with support from Account team and Operations team.
Understand Customer Merchandizing principle and shopper insight.
Initiating Merchandising proposal to drive Cat with Customer.
Support Envision team to ensure the proper measurement of Space share.
Negotiation:
Selling the merchandising proposals to Customer
Play active ambassador role:
Act as project ambassador of company at Customer and of the Customer at company
Participation actively in Cat Review and Cat Captaincy meetings by giving improvement feedback possible solution/suggestion.
Build and leverage Customer Relationship with key Customer contacts.
General requirement
Vocational school or College Degree in Physical Therapy.
Experience:
At least 5 years in sales, Trade Marketing for FMCG industry.
Personal Skills:
Strong business mindset, analytical power and good communication
Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, manage workload and multiple projects
Open-minded, practical creativity and result-oriented
Disciplined and Flexible in work
Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power-point
