Job description
To ensure all activities of Electrical / Mechanical service, maintain and repair of the Company to achieve all the internal customers’ satisfaction and expectation for production quality.
Primary Accountability:
Control fulfillment of general and critical issue responsibilities by the Mechanical / Electrical Equipment Maintenance and Repair Service;
Lead mechanics, i.e. set priorities, instruct employees, monitor and assess the Service performance;
Plan, organize and control planned preventive and unscheduled maintenance of all rotating equipment, generators, process equipment and utilities;
Conduct planned preventive and unscheduled maintenance in a safe, timely and efficient manner;
Perform scheduled testing and inspections of the mechanical / electrical equipment; perform scheduled adjustment of the mechanical / electrical equipment;
Perform workshop repairs of the mechanical / electrical equipment;
Monitor actively the technical state of the mechanical / electrical equipment, general plant equipment and systems;
Troubleshoot, find faults, and repair all mechanical equipment located onboard the offshore platform;
Create and change maintenance and repair programmers for mechanical equipment and manage their implementation;
Ensure all activities and work are carried out safely and properly in accordance with established policies and procedures;
Execute and verify documents associated with performance of mechanical equipment repair and maintenance;
Develop awareness on mechanical systems and procedures and their maintenance by reference to technical journals, books, operating manuals, and other reference materials;
General requirements
MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR
University graduated in Electronic or Mechanical
At least 3 years experiences in Mechanical with roles as superior level and 2 years with roles as electronic.
Able to communicate in English
ELECTRONIC SUPERVISOR (enable up to Asst. Manager)
University graduated in Electronic (a must)
At least 5 years experiences in both electronic and mechanical
Able to communicate in English
