JOB SUMMARY


The Product Manager/ Senior Product manager is a role designed to develop and grow asigned product  line in Vietnam.

The Product Manager/ Senior Product manager will work with and directly report to the Business Development Manager in VN. The Product Manager/ Senior Product manager will identify and support high potential accounts by planning, organizing and managing an assigned product line through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives by performing the following main duties:

5: Field Support
6: Financial & budget Management
7. Internal/External Customer Satisfaction
8: Quality & compliance management


JOB DESCRIPTION  

 
1. Brand building
•    Develop brand position, develop and evaluate strategic alternatives for brand positioning to ensure ongoing validation of brand positioning and alignment with key messages.
•    Implement of marketing activities in alignment with strategy and vision. Review marketing activities across a portfolio, evaluate their effectiveness for implementing the strategy and provide recommendations for improvement.
•    Define the vision, long-term goals and objectives for a brand or portfolio (including new products), and ensure that implementation is aligned with the vision.

2. Marketing Schedule/ Plan
•    Develop marketing activity plan annually/quarterly for assigned products.
•    Manages day-to-day progress of implementing marketing schedule
•    Develop and monitor plan metrics to track and control effectiveness of activities, and accurately identify any deviations from plans.
•    Recognize the need to act and recommend corrective measures where necessary. Carry out post implementation reviews and share learning in order to improve future events.

3. Excellence in marketing execution
•    Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
•    Develop promotional materials.
•    Conduct market research, identify and track market trends in market.
•    Produce competitive analysis comparing product with its key competitors.

4. Business Development
•    Identify opportunity to expand business of the assigned products
•    Plan & launch new SKUs/ product.
•    KOL Development. KOLs and aesthetic clinic leaders network build up.

5. Field Support
•    Participate in key sales situations for the product
•    Provide product knowledge training to FF.
•    Conduct regular fieldwork with sales force to monitor implementation of programs, gather feedback from sales force on ongoing programs and inputs for programs to be implemented.
•    Facilitate Sales force engagement programs.

6. Financial & budget Management
•    Manage expenditure/cost for marketing plan/programs
•    Be responsible for monthly forecast for their brands to be included in the consensus forecasting process. 

7. Internal/External Customer Satisfaction
•    Develop relationships with Key opinion leaders, local speakers to increase sales, underpin longer-term business success, customer satisfaction and add value to customers.
•    Build and maintain interdepartmental relationship to ensure smooth cooperation and effective internal quality across departments:  Medical , HR, Finance, Regulatory, Commercial Admin team, IT team…

8. Quality & compliance management
•    Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable marketing activities and intellectual property management.
•    Align the code of conduct, promotional code for both company 's & local pharmaceutical industry in every brand activity/communication.       
       
JOB REQUIREMENTS


Education and Experience:
•    Doctor, Pharmacist background with working experience in Pharmaceutical industry
•    At least 3 years of experience in the same position at an international company
Essential Skills and Abilities:
•    Good communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
•    Pharmaceutical industry, working with doctors, KOLs,...
•    Marketing knowledge, philosophy knowledge.
•    Able to gain customer insights, understand customer need then apply to our key activities / marketing campaigns
•    Good collaboration with both external and internal key stakeholder
•    Self study on products and disease knowledge
