Managing the operation functions
Managing the country data integrity
Managing the country service integration functions
To be responsible of the operation efficiency: "do things right with best cost" and well as GM target
Motivating, training and developing the operations team to have best daily performances.
Selecting and negotiating the best rates and services to the carriers, service providers.
Having the right to approve / reject leave application of subordinates
Supporting and assisting sales team to attend meetings with clients.
Exchanging information and reporting to Managing Director.
Having the right to evaluate/appraise subordinates’ performance.
Other rights as delegated by superior and/or according to the VNM laws.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
University graduation
Full experiences in freight forwarding business
Fluent in English
Good communication skills for international business
Good management skills in operations of freight forwarding
