Job Description:

•    Manage portfolio through process of product life cycle management from new products to current and phased out products based on key products identified
•    Work with related departments for Sales forecast and yearly budget
•    Be responsible for developing all POSM fit to region, product, season with enough quantity and high quality served to support Sales & Marketing
•    Deliver messages of Products/Brands to field force to ensure all information related to products/portfolios are clear, consistent and fully understood
•    Work with related departments to identify the optimal portfolio per key crops in region presented in integrated crop solution strategy
•    Cooperate with related departments to have a proactive approach in fields of Anti-counterfeit, product stewardship, and sustainability
•    Work with related departments in designing suitable marketing activities supporting business by region, by crop for both Above-the line and Below-the line
•    Closely work with Region and Global to get alignment of marketing strategies
•    Well control budget allocated to meet the budget in charge

General Requirements:

•    University degree in Agriculture or Marketing
•    At least 3 years working experience in Branding/Portfolio management in multinational companies
•    Fluent in English
•    Willing to travel throughout country and oversea
•    Good presentation and communication skills; strategic thinking
•    Good knowledge in agriculture is preferred
