Job Description

Key Accountabilities  
1. Market information:
-    Analyze market situation, consumer trend
-    Collect and analyze competitors’ brand and sales performance
-    Understand market feedback about the brand or activities
2. Brand positioning:
-     Set up brand positioning, follow and keep the position via activities concept
3. Marketing plan:
-    Set up objectives.
-    Make yearly plan and plan for each campaign
-    Estimate monthly sales and expenditure, cost control for each campaign 
4. Product:
-    Decide product to launch suitable with market preference
-    Manage New product launching plan, work closely with Head Quarter and all related departments
-    Manage product’s performance ( sales, stock) to have suitable action.
5. Sales:
-    Understand well sales performance of the brand and well manage sales performance monthly of each item and making monthly report
-    Tracking deeply performance of new product launching in order to make next quick action
-    Make monthly promotion plan ( customer & trade) effectively
-    Coordinate with sales team in sales related activities
6. Communication:
-    Develop and execute yearly communication plan
-    Develop POSM, VMD creatively to communicate at POS
7. Contact suppliers and other relevant jobs
-    Manage well proposal from Suppliers and supervise strictly execution of Supplier to make sure project quality

General Requirements:

-    5+ years of experience in FMCG
-    Knowledge/ Skills  
-    Active, initiative, innovation, enthusiastic, interpersonal, independent, and be a good team player
-    Good English
-    Prefer candidates with experience in Marketing Branding from Market Research till Product Launching.
