Job Description:
Key Accountabilities
- Provide operations service capability and cost expertise in the acquisition, implementation and performance monitoring and improvement for defined customers managed by the Strategic Business Unit and, in some cases, the Relationship Business Unit.
- Develop, implement and maintain service solutions that meet customer needs.
- Support sales and operations management both within the country and from other parts of company network in the resolution of service or other performance issues for defined customers.
- Act as Dangerous Goods (DG) / Restricted Commodities Manager for Vietnam.
General Requirements:
- BA Degree (or equivalent).
- 3-5 years experience in implementing change, experience in project/program management, and experience in managing complex relationships.
- Communication skills (English), spoken and written
- IATA Dangerous Goods Certification
