Senior Maketing Executive

Key Accountabilities:

1 ) Create pull through for Company products, solutions & new innovation by influencers (project manager, architects, designers and  brand agencies) and end users / brand owners

2) Gain specification for product usage through the specification selling process.

3) Work with Master Distributors and key customers / re-sellers to build opportunity pipeline for specification projects 

4) Demonstrate products and/or services and provide assistance in the best application of product and/or services.

5) Formulate strategy and select key target markets. Identify prospective customers. Assist in the development of divisional strategic and operating plans (i.e., AOP’s, strategic plans, etc.).

6) Monitor and report on industry trends.  Incorporate knowledge of the industry to partner with Marketing to develop products, support materials and pricing recommendations. Partner with Sales to transition business development account activities during  commercialization.

Key Measures

• Opportunity pipeline and pipeline converted (salesforce.com pipeline value, activity)

• Specifier, project managers and end-user activity (salesforce.com activity)

• Face-to-face meetings (Salesforce.com activity)

Qualifications:

§  Degree holder & Have at least 5 -7 years experience working in marketing. Building up good network with household, personnel care, food & banking customers

  • Computer literate; excel, word & powerpoint.
  • Proficient in English
  • Customer and performance focus

§     Well planning and organizing

§     Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skill

§     A good team player
