Purpose / Key Responsibilities:

·        Conduct governance, compliance and business process improvement reviews on key areas as identified by the management team.  

·        Manage relationships with internal and external auditors and implementation of audit programs and audit recommendations.

·        Support Finance Director for M&A projects

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Ensure compliances are in place and implemented properly by conducting regular checks
·        Working with head of departments to support business growth without breaches
·        Prepare, revise SOP when necessary
·        Accountable for ensuring company compliance programs are effectively, fully and timely implemented.
·        Ensuring appropriate monitoring and auditing processes are effectively implemented in timely manner
·        Support Finance Director for M&A projects
·        Other tasks as assigned by the Finance Director.

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

·        University degree in Finance /Auditing
·        Good at presentation skill (both Vietnamese and English)
·        Ability to provide high degree of reliance and accountability to senior management
·        Excellent ability to read & understand and write legal frameworks (laws, regulations, policies, decrees, SOP’s).
·        Excellent communication skill (both verbally and in writing (English and Vietnamese)). Ability to convey the intend of a legal framework to employees with a non-legal background
·        Excellent interpersonal skills; building trust and confidence, listening & influencing skills.
·        Strong analytical skills; ability to diagnose problems, resolve conflict, and develop practical solutions.
·        Excellent ability to manage sensitive confidential issues with complete discretion.
·        ACCA/MBA a strong plus
·        2 years experiences in the same position is a strong plus
·        Knowledge & experience with legal requirements and healthcare laws, compliance programs and processes
