• Own the product backlog, write user stories, specify innovative new features and prioritize them by business value
• Lead technical discussions with engineering on the exact feature requirements
• Identify feature dependencies and align work with the other product managers
• Perform research and competitive analysis to understand the market and our customers
• Drive continuous improvement, focus on growth, customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor released features and ensure that they meet their defined KPIs and goals
• Analyze gigabytes of data to identify the next set of opportunities for new features

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
• Analytical, structured way of working with an exceptional eye for details
• Technical background, ideally in software development
• Excellent communicator with strong presentation and persuasion skills
• Fluent in English, both in spoken and written form; Vietnamese, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
• Previous product management experience is a plus
• Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic high-growth environment is a plus
