With a motivated team of more than 80 people we have built the largest online product catalogue in South East Asia. Our website is visited by millions of shoppers every month.
Now we are ready to take the next step. You will research, specify and oversee the implementation of new innovative concepts
Ho Chi Minh City / Ha Noi
Responsibilities:
Own the product backlog, write user stories, specify innovative new features and prioritize them by business value
Lead technical discussions with engineering on the exact feature requirements
Identify feature dependencies and align work with the other product managers
Perform research and competitive analysis to understand the market and our customers
Drive continuous improvement, focus on growth, customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor released features and ensure that they meet their defined KPIs and goals
Analyze gigabytes of data to identify the next set of opportunities for new features
What your bring to the table:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
Analytical, structured way of working with an exceptional eye for details
Technical background, ideally in software development
Excellent communicator with strong presentation and persuasion skills
Fluent in English, both in spoken and written form; Vietnamese, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
Previous product management experience is a plus
Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic high-growth environment is a plus
