Position Purpose

Be responsible for optimizing the balance of FG inventory for North and South of Vietnam in line with target customer service level. Play a key role to interface to related departments to fulfill customer delivery and timeline of new product development.
Primary Accountability
 Weekly review and analyze RCCP to prevent stock shortage and propose solutions for supply gaps.
 Weekly review with sales team to balance demand and supply to meet customer's demands.
 Daily review shortage of supply issues and recommend mitigating actions.
 Work with Production and MRP planners to update daily supply to related teams.
 Identify & manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize write-offs.
 Analyze sales forecast versus actual demand to support for forecast accuracy improvement.
 Analyze root cause for issues/variances & perform corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence.
 Analyze data for monthly S&OP and provide recommendations for resolution.
 Participate new project meeting with related teams to validate timeline to meet customer's demands.
 Work with Production and MRP planners to make sure that the available stock to supply as committed.
 Co-ordinate and communicate to related teams to achieve to project supply on time.
 Develop and maintain master data for supply chain and production including parameters set up on Axapta ERP such as BOM, working time, operation routes and resources, and planning parameters.
 Work with IT team to develop database for planning schedule, order processing & inventory control. Qualifications and Skills required:
 University degree (Business or Supply Chain) with 2-3 years working experience in equivalent position.
 At least 5 years experience in manufacturing industry. Experience in flexible packaging is an advantage.
 Advanced computer skills (especially in Excel).
 Ability to work under high pressure and able to cooperate well with colleagues.
 Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, good communication, ability to use ERP system, ability to deal with complexity manage ambiguity.
 Customer oriented, proactive, persuasive and flexible attitude.
