Position Purpose

Be responsible to assist with the overall implementation and management of the Quality Assurance (QA)
program and to establish procedures and quality standards as well as to monitor these against agreed targets.
Primary Accountability
 Customer complaint handling, including:
 On time and in full complaint feedback to customers
 Coordinate with related functions to ensure the investigation is done properly
 Shop floor audit to ensure improvement actions are effectively done
 Co-work with Sales and Marketing team in customer education
 Define reworked / treatment method and instruction for the complained products
 Process compliance audit for centerline and quality SOP
 Develop SOP, WI, OPL and training to team to ensure quality awareness, understanding and effective practices
 Weekly, monthly customer complaint / return report and analysis to management and related functions
 Ensure compliance to ISO 9001:2008, ISO22000:2005, HACCP, BRC and GMP standards and customer required standards in QA functions
 Take lead of Business Excellent projects for quality improvement
Qualifications and Skills required:
 University degree (Major in Polymer / Chemistry) with 2-3 years working experience in equivalent position.
 Experience / Understanding about Quality System and Statistics. Experience in flexible packaging is an advantage.
 Ability to work under high pressure and able to cooperate well with colleagues.
 Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, good communication.
 Result-oriented, self-motivated, can do attitude, teamwork, careful and detailed.
