Primary Accountability

To grow sales aggressively in the Vietnam market.
To proactively grow existing customers as well as to develop new sales accounts and exploit business opportunities with customers
Follow-up with Clients closely and consistently, to provide excellent after-sales support.
Meet overall sales targets.
Meet profitability and growth targets of accounts assigned
Prepare monthly forecast and sales report
Provide sales quotations to customers timely.
Submit timely reports/update sales activities, performance and plans to Superior.
Timely customers payment collection.
Provide market intelligence and feedback on trends and competition to support Company Strategy for business expansion.

Qualifications and Skills required:

Must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration/Management or equivalent
Preferably Executives with experience and contact in the FMCG
At least 7-10 year(s) of related experience with proven track records
Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
A keen and fast learner, likes to work in a team
Armed with a positive mindset and attitude
Proficient in English

Working location: Vietnam
