Job Title: Field Force Manager

Department: Franchise (Field Forces)

Reports to (Job Title): BU Head

Job Purpose  

 Build and execute strategies and plan for the responsible product in the assigned districts/areas to drive the district/ area performance, market share and optimal resource utilization. Build effective and enduring business relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned Franchise / TA. Recruit, lead, motivate, coach and develop high performing team of Medical Representative. Lead the assigned FF Team to deliver the organization’s objectives and goals. 

Major Accountabilities

Detailing  

·      Applies product strategies to develop and implement business plans for their Area.

·     Coaches Med Reps to reach and exceed their objectives.

·     Ensures team is well trained to communicate product benefits to assigned doctors.

·     Responsible for forecasting and accordingly target setting for each territory.

·     Present product presentations to key stakeholders

·     Assist in the identification and development of new Med Rep territories.

·   Accountable for performance of their team, striving to significantly surpass agreed objectives and market share targets in which team productivity increases 

·     Works effectively with Key Accounts and with colleagues across other functions/units to achieve business results

·  Accountable for collaboration with key accounts (including tender management process), marketing/product managers, securing strategy implementation as outlined in the marketing product strategies and operational plans for our key products

·   Accountable for initiatives and tactics of defined products, plan, implements / executes and closely monitors operational activities with optimal resource utilization.

·     Is accountable for quick identification of shortfalls and/or opportunities in activities subsequent remedial actions

·   Develops in-depth understanding of the Area’s market environment, hospitals, key decision makers and doctors; communicates stakeholder insights to internal associates and supports development of new business strategies; identifies top business opportunities or gaps through analysis of available reports

·     Provides insight into the local healthcare systems and their impact on Key Accounts; identifies new business opportunities with current or potential Accounts.

·       Delivers the business and account plans and required results for own Key Accounts; works effectively with colleagues in other functions to achieve Account objectives.

 Ideal Background  

 Education: Bachelor degree in pharmacy or medicine.

 Languages: Vietnamese, Proficient in English (written & oral communication)

 Experience / Professional requirement: 3 - 5 years of experience in field force positions.

 Familiar with FF excellence tools in pharmaceutical industry. Exposure to marketing role is an advantage experience in similar role and territory can be a plus.
