JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Staff (Legal)
Section: Legal Section
I. Main Responsibilities:
- Do research and give legal consultancy.
- Support Legal’s Application for license and certificates.
II. Job Summary:
Research relevant law stipulations and consult on legal issues arising from various activities of Company; Compose legal document or official letter to authorities in both Vietnamese and English; Review Contracts and consult on contract matters to all Departments; Support to apply for licenses and certificates for Company as well as satisfy legal requests from local authorities; Other assignments by Superior.
III. Relationships:
1. Internal:
- Daily report directly to Section Manager/ Department Manager.
2. External:
- Related Departments/ Organizations/ External partners/ Customers.
IV. Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Laws (Commercial or Business is preferable )
· Age: Up to 25;
· Excellent command in English and Vietnamese;
· Be familiarized with MS Office;
· Strong analytical, effective problem-solving, good communication skills;
· Be dynamic, creative, well-organized and hard-working;
· At least 01 year of experience in the required fields.
