  • Support to the GAPP in working with key Government Stakeholders at both Ministry of Health and Reimbursement level.
  • Initiates the most effective and timely strategy to develop pricing and reimbursement as well as broad market access for products in Vietnam in the context of optimizing local, regional and global strategies

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide project management skill in developing and implementing technical expertise in submissions to pricing and reimbursement authorities and other relevant agencies.
  • Provides input to commercial plan as subject matter expert to understand critical importance of local for business success.
  • Understand and communicate the Ministry of Health and Social Security policy agenda, funding flows and market access landscape in our key areas, developing critical insights and strong partnerships within and outside the company that will support the development of a differentiated value proposition and the achievement of broad market access.
  • Facilitate improved communication across MOH, SOH and VSS boundaries, building a strong, sustained network of influencers across the local and national health economies.
  • Closely follow up and manage products application to relevant Reimbursement stakeholder.
  • Develop detailed plan at Treatment Disease Department – MOH for the company pilot programs.

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. List knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

  • Knowledge of Ministry of Health/Service Of Health/Social Security decision making process and funding flow Health Economy Structure

  • Willingness to travel and work at flexible time 
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of healthcare sales experience, with at least 2 years of experience of managing large hospital accounts and tender management.
  • Able to write/ speak English.

Education and/or Experience. Include the education and/or experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily

  •  Pharmacist or Doctor
  • Experience in PD, Acute or/ and HD is preferable
