Product Manager - Aesthetic

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operation of activities in relation to Marketing for ETC & OTC channel (Dermatology hospitals, clinics and Aesthetic Clinics) and product’s portfolio of Dermatology and Aesthetic.
- Monitoring and caring for accomplishment of planned activities.
- Preparation of a plan and work schedule for action plans for marketing activities in coordination with direct supervisor.
- Build effective relationship with the clients so as to maintain good revenue increase for the organization
- Perform efficient finance management
- Set up products, marketing strategies for promotional activities
- Analyze and explore market trends; identifying new opportunities in assigned region
- Coordinate with other teams for launching of new products
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
- Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2-3 years of work experience as a Product Manager in Dermatology and Aesthetic industry.
- Being a Pharmacist, Doctor is preferable.
- Especially professional at ETC fields, Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule.
- Strategy planning, Product development skills.
- Budget Management skills.
- Proficient in English (oral & writing) , presentation skills, MS Office.
- Formulation of initiatives, and a systematic and practical approach to the fulfillment of tasks;
- Active management of interpersonal conflict situations and events;
- Guidance, encouragement and motivation of employees;
