JOB DESCRIPTION

Position:	Legal Senior Staff	Dept:	General Affairs
Direct Superior:	Section Manager	Working Place:	Bien Hoa/HCM
Gender:	Male (only)	Age:	Under 30

III. Relationships:

1. Internal:
- Daily report directly to Legal Section Manager
- All related internal departments.

V. Requirements:

1. Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Laws (Commercial or Business)
2. Skills:
- Excellent command for both written and spoken in English;
- Be familiarized with MS Office;
- Be knowledgeable of Contract and Tax/Accounting Field (advantage);
- Have strong analytical, effective problem-solving, good communication skills;
- Be dynamic, creative, well-organized and hard-working.
3. Years of Experience:
- At least 02 years of experience in required field.
