Position: Staff Department: General Affairs
Report to: Supervisor Working Place: Ho Chi Minh
Gender: Female Age: 25 - 30


II. Job Summary:
1. Plan, follow and handle administrative work regarding legal procedures/ policies for
Japanese expats and employees (visa, work permit, residence card, health check, accomodation...)
2. Control expenses and timely payment for incharged items;
3. Manage projects of GA function to improve the operations;
4. Coordianate with GA members to organize/ support the internal and external activities/ events such as the company Family Day, Tet gifts...
5. Carry out other tasks assigned by GA managers.


III. Relationships:
1. Internal:
- Related Sections/ Departments;
2. External:
- Government organizations, hotels, hospitals…


IV. Working Conditions:
- Office hours from Monday to Friday;
- Working time: 08:00 – 16:45;
- Working place: Ho Chi Minh Office, Dist.1, HCMC


V. Requirements:
1. Background:
- Bachelor degree of Social sciences, Culture, Economics, Law, Foreign Languages, Office
Administration or related majors;
2. Job requirements:
- Good command of English;
- Good at MS office and internet research;
- Well-organized, self-discipline, friendly, polite and self-motivated;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Able to work under high pressure;
3. Years of Experience:
- At least 1 year experience in legal procedure and expatriate supporting.
