Summary:
Role: End to end design, detailing, execution and project management of key projects of company. The position is responsible for working with and/or leading cross-functional teams across the commercial divisions and support functions of to execute strategic / substantial projects. The job involves being integral part of Senior Leadership team reporting to the General Manager of. Incorporate best practices in project management and act as point of contact for project reporting and regular updates.

· High frequency of interaction: Top management, Region, Cross Function, Team and external Partners
· Working location: District 1, HCM city.
Core job responsibilities:
· Conduct detailed design of strategic / transformational initiatives and projects for, bringing in best practices and insights from internal and external sources (market, competition and other industries) into the project design.
· Lead cross-functional teams across and its businesses – across commercial, operations, HR, finance and cross functions on critical Affiliate projects to ensure on-budget, on-time delivery of agreed actions.
· Develop project scope and documentation to meet project deliverables
· Track and closely follow up on the execution and delivery of project actions; ensure regular problem solving, tracking and de-bottlenecking. Handle multiple projects in parallel at any time. Each project to be delivered accountably with clear deadlines and outcomes (defined KPIs).
· Influence leadership team members on changes arising out of key project recommendations, with sound logic and supporting insights.
· Ensure that project design and execution roadmaps are fully aligned with the senior leadership team of. Perform escalation of issues along with mitigating actions to relevant owners, sponsors and company senior leadership team members.
· Collaborate with task owners to map out project dependencies, risk identification and build mitigation plan
· Support GM on regularly benchmarking / analyzing competitive shifts impacting performance and health of and individual businesses. Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor changes. Keep important meetings minutes and circulate updates.
· Support in identifying transformation initiatives and projects for based on short and long term business needs.
· Ensure regular progress and tracking dashboards and/or reports are provided to Global and Area Leadership Teams. Design and deliver project review presentations.
