Responsibilities

As the Area Sales Manager

  • Coach, develop, monitor your team's performance
  • Motivate them to reach targets, implement marketing programs, grow business for company,
  • Adhere to the company policies especially business ethics, and to be the future leaders in  Vietnam.
  • Maintain and increase the sales of in your assigned territory
  • Reach the targets and goals set for your area
  • Establish, maintain and expand your customer base
  • Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Develop sales strategies and setting targets
  • Collect customer feedback and market research

Qualifications:

 

  • at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry,
  • three years of which is in a supervisory capacity,
  •  open-minded and have ability to work in a team atmosphere with flexible attitude to work, available for travel most of your working time
