Responsibilities
As the Area Sales Manager
Coach, develop, monitor your team's performance
Motivate them to reach targets, implement marketing programs, grow business for company,
Adhere to the company policies especially business ethics, and to be the future leaders in Vietnam.
Maintain and increase the sales of in your assigned territory
Reach the targets and goals set for your area
Establish, maintain and expand your customer base
Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
Develop sales strategies and setting targets
Collect customer feedback and market research
Qualifications:
at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry,
three years of which is in a supervisory capacity,
open-minded and have ability to work in a team atmosphere with flexible attitude to work, available for travel most of your working time
