RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and yearly maintain operation ISO 9001:2015 system.
• Achieve maximum levels of productivity, ensuring that the business benefits from the lowest
possible cost and best value
• Ensuring continuous improvement and quality assurance projects.
• Responsibility for quality assurance efforts for assigned area.
• Provide quality support relative to other department as request.
• Submit monthly report quality inspection status, update on quality control plan.
• Work closely with relevant departments to verify quality issue and provide timely feedback
CAR/PAR to customer and supervisor for next course of action.
• Take timely actions on the action plans

Provide Quality training to operators. Ensure annual goals are complete and communicated.
Ensure Performance Management System is up to date.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering
• 5+ years related experience in quality control and set up ISO-9001:2015 system and supervisory
experience is preferred.
• Good English skills.
• Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and function specific
software.
• Strong math and analytical skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Strong technical
knowledge.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to be an advisor to other departments
and build strong and sustainable relationships.
• Good supervisory and communication skills
