RESPONSIBILITIES
• To implement business strategies of PD products
• To collaborate with therapy marketing team and lead the assigned team to implement in order to achieve
the company’s objectives
• Meet products’ objectives of the zone by coaching and providing direction to team members. Effectively
manage and supervise the team by working closely with each team member in the field, reviewing their
performance on a periodic basis, coaching and providing developmental inputs
• Monitor actual results against forecasts and participate in the determination of market potential for the
territory. Establish strong relationship with key decision makers, KOL, hospital leaders.
• Build credibility & high trust with key accounts; ensure high levels of customer (doctors and nurses)
satisfaction through the appropriate allocation of territories and monitoring staff’s activity reports and
through strategic contact with key accounts, management boards of target hospitals.
• Actively acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize, analyze the
information to improve marketing efforts.
• Proactively support seeking new business opportunities to secure market share.
• Directly manage some territories and increase awareness PD therapy for HCPs and update.
• Manage budget by devising optimum account coverage plans, marketing initiatives and controlling
expenses of team members.
• With team to support distributors on tender management process and ensure key products are listed on
hospital formulary list.
• Uncompromising commitment to adhering to company’s Code of Conduct, internal control, and monitor
compliance by all product staffs of the team; promoting the company Culture through positive, ongoing
relationships and activities
• Prepare monthly report in compliance with company Rep office’s requirements.
• Any project assigned by Business Unit Manager.
• Ensure all business activities comply with company’ business code of conduct, relevant Vietnam legal
demands, and ethical standards
Education and/or Experience
Include the education and/or experience that is necessary to perform the job
satisfactorily.
• Pharmacist or Doctor University Degree, preferably a MBA,
• Minimum of 7-8 years of healthcare sales experience, with at least 2-3 year experience as Area Sales
Manager at multinational companies
