Support PD Center to follow up with patients (after catheter insertion) who successfully on boarded on PD & care givers:

Provide continuous education/ training program and support to new PD patient (PD Practice knowledge: PD Procedure, ES care, Nutrition, etc.)
Support PD nurses to review all existing patients when they visit their nephrologist & the center at least once a month
Technical & Troubleshooting Support about APD therapy for PD Patients

Assistance for optimal PD therapy delivery:

Providing knowledge on managing issues (preventing peritonitis, infection etc.) by retraining to PD nurses
To validate PD patients data in Patient Management Tool (registered to PSP and approved)

Support PD Doctors/ Nurses:

Provide high quality training materials of induction training program for patient after catheter insertion and refresh training Sharing and updating frequently with HCPs about CAPD – APD – Urgent Start therapy knowledge to improve patient’s outcome
Support PD Nurses to organize activities for management of treatment and improvement quality

Adverse Event (AE) & PV reporting:

Report of AE reports and any other relevant product safety related information to PV and support with the follow activities with the reporter (HCP and/or patient), if needed, upon PV guidance and request.

Support Therapy Manager:

To assist Therapy Manager in coaching the junior clinical team members to deliver optimal PD therapy
Well cooperate with other function to maximize positive patient outcome.
To comply with company policies, internal controls and Business Practices Standards and Rep Office policies
To prepare and comply with monthly reporting requirements of Chief Rep office to Clinical Manager.
