RESPONSIBILITIES
- Optimizing the effectiveness of field force by an appropriate development of resources including manpower scheme to best execute marketing strategies and achieve business goal
- Develop and maintain rapport with stakeholders in the market to identify trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities play an active role to monitor competitive market situation and take action to grow the market share.
- In charge of tender management.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures, motivate and challenge the team members, develop and maintain succession plan and address future staffing issues in a proactive manner
Team : 5 MRs
- Report to Regional Sales Manager (North)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
- Att least 6 year experience in healthcare and have at least 4 years of work experiences in similar capacity in Pharmaceutical multi-national companies.
- Open-minded, a leader with experience of people responsibility,
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Available for travel for approximately 60-70% of your working time.
