Job description

Manage and lead the BCC Exclusive Sales team to achieve the sales performance objectives and target

  • Together with BUM and PRN to set up sales objectives & target for team and individual SC. Leading and supporting the team to achieve the given objectives/target.
  • Spend 70% of time working on field with SCs in order to coach & support SCs as well as getting market feedback
  • Support SCs to set up productive Call Plan as well as frequently update and improve it.
  • Up-date to SC information such as company sales policy, product knowledge, price, promotion campaign

Support BCC to implement marketing activities and sales strategies such as participate in the pharmacy educational program, implement a trade campaign

Recruitment and developing SCs:

  • Coordinate with HR and BUM to seek for the candidate and recruit the qualified SCs.
  • Coordinate with internal training coordinator to provide basic trainings about company structure, policy and procedures, basic selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Frequently give feedbacks and meeting with team to evaluate the performance as well as develop the plan for the improvement.

Market, sales analysis and report timely to BUM for solution and improvement:

  • Implement the Adverse Effect (AE) report system

Co-operate with other departments to solve all issues relating to operation, payment, delivery (if any)

Keep confidential all principal information (sales figures, price, promotional activity, marketing & sales policy…)

General requirement

  • University graduate, preferably of pharmacy and/ or medicines.
  • Practical knowledge of the assigned geographical territory.
  • Good knowledge & experience in commerce, marketing, pharmaceutical market, sales analysis.
  • Good PR & management skills, especially in Human Resource Management.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge in politics, economics, sociology, laws, local government, Company scope of business.
  • 2-3 years working experiences, prefer to have management experience.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Sense of responsibility/self- confidence/self-control.
  • Privileges good health / appearance, tidiness, punctuality, honesty, imposing good impression to customers/ principal.
