Job description
Develop strategic plan for franchise/portfolio based on understanding market, resources capability to make sure achieve the business objectives.
Support Product Manager in developing individual marketing plan and deliver marketing plan in time.
Allocate resources and budget based on product priority, manage marketing budget, delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget.
Work with Product Manager and Project Manager to implement effectively projects initiated by marketing team.
Review and make concurrent for P & L, contract, pricing, re-seller list and discount proposed by Product Manager.
Search and identify opportunity, work with Regulatory Regional team, Regulatory and other functional unit to bring new product into the market whenever appropriate.
Take lead for launching new product.
Propose and work with agency for conducting market research as business requirement.
Develop marketing training plan for team based on gap analysis and resource availability. Be responsible for implementation of marketing plan in daily work.
Support Product Manager in developing promotional materials (detail aid, brochure, leaflet, etc.), review and check the content and branding to make sure alignment and consistence.
Build scientific with MTL and Medical Association to achieve their endorsement for product/franchises.
Cooperate with Marketing team in Professional Diagnostics team to conduct shared program effectively
Take lead in discussion, proposing partnership program with pharmaceutical company and take responsibility to implement the program effectively.
Liaise with regional marketing team to be updated on product strategy/direction, resources support to make sure product strategy implemented locally aligned with global/regional direction/ strategy.
Lead or participate in the Company/business area/team projects if required.
Conducts business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition.
People Management
Set objectives (sales target and personal plan development) in the beginning of the year and conduct mid -year and end year performance review for individual team’s member
Provide continuous coaching and feedback to team’s member
Motivate, recognize account representative timely and in appropriate manner
Review incentive calculation and make concurrence for individual team’s member
General requirement
Bachelor or Master Degree in Health/Science disciplines
MBA in Marketing will be a plus
Multi-national companies experience at managerial level for at least 3 years
At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare industry
At least 5 years’ experience in product /marketing management
Marketing and business development experience with virology or applied science products is a plus
